Benefits of Attic Venting

  • Extends the Life of your Roof
  • Reduces heat build-up on your roof shingles and underlayment
  • Reduces the Load on your HVAC System
    • In hot summer months, saves money on your electric bills and reduces wear on your AC unit.
  • Prevents Damaging Ice Damming
    • In cold winter months, attic air circulation slows the snow melting on the roof and refreezing as ice at the eaves.
  • Reduces Moisture Build-up in the Attic
    • Excessive moisture trapped in the attic causes a variety of problems including rust, wood rot and attic insulation damage.
    • Reducing moisture also eliminates the growth of mold and fungus which can cause respiratory problems.
  • Increases Fresh Air Circulation

Natural Light

When investing in a product to improve your home and quality of life, you want assurance it’s performing efficiently and effectively. Natural Light combines precision designed components with advanced engineering to produce a unit that far surpasses industry standards.

Adjustable Solar Panel

The 10, 20 and 30 watt roof and curb mounted models are designed with an exclusive adjustable bracket allowing the solar panel to be positioned at various angles for optimal solar exposure.

Maximum Air Flow

The unit was engineered to minimizes obstructions in the fan housing to increase air flow. It also incorporates an angled throat to facilitate a Venturi or suction effect which increases cfm output and also reduces wear on the motor.

Solar Panel Performance

As a solar panel heats up, it becomes less efficient at converting light into energy. The Solar Attic Fan reduces heat buildup on the solar panel by mounting it in a raised position resulting in better air circulation and better performance.

Quality Components and Sleek Design

The Solar Attic Fan is built in the U.S.A. using only the highest rated materials under rigorous quality control standards. The low-profile powder-coated unit blends seamlessly into the roof line of your home. Easy Installation and No Maintenance Fully operational right from the box, it installs easily, with no electrical wiring, and no expensive electrician. Humidify

28th April 2016
Humidification may be defined as the addition of moisture to the air. The conditioning machine that functions to add moisture to the air is called a humidifier, this is commonly used in homes around Nashville. A humidifier is commonly a low-pressure, low-temperature boiler in which the water is evaporated and the vapor (low pressure steam) thus formed is caused to mix with air. In a sense, water functions as a natural humidifier by acting as the medium that conveys heat to the air and as the source of the water vapor required to saturate the heated air. Contrast this with what takes place in a humidifier unit. A machine functions as a humidifier when the temperature of the spray water is above that at which the moisture in the air will condense. During the cold season when running heat having a humidifier will drastically improve your air quality in homes in Nashville and the surrounding areas.
De-humidification may be simply defined as the removal of moisture from the air.
A machine that functions to remove moisture from the air is called a dehumidifier which is carried by many Nashville dealers. The removal of moisture from the air is accomplished by condensation, which takes place when the temperature of the air is lowered below its dew point. The condensation thus formed falls into the tank of the conditioning machine. In this case the water acts solely as a conveyor of heat from the air (in addition to its cleaning action) and , as such, the finely divided mist is extraordinarily effective (practically 100 percent). Some conditioning machines can function both as a humidifiers or dehumidifiers. This can often be done without alteration to the unit except that the valves in the control line from the dew point thermostat on some designs are adjusted to connect the steam control of the water heater for winter operation , and to connect the three-way mixing valve to the water supply line for summer.
