AC quit working over the weekend. Called Petitt on the advice of a neighbor, they were here within an hour. Long story short, they got a 16 year old unit going again. After speaking with Brett and Randy, decided to get a new unit. My options were clearly explained. The guys came out today, installed the new unit and air scrubber. Everyone I interacted with at Petitt was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Absolutely recommend these folks. Thanks, Petitt H&C.

Came home to a 80 degree home. Called Petitt and within 30 minutes Brett showed up. Brett did an awesome job! He’s a very polite young man. Explained everything that he was fixing. Ended up being a quick fix but also discovered we had bacteria growing. He installed an Air Scrubber and a UV light so we can have better breathing air. Thank you for such a quick response!.

Very professional!! Excellent work. I could not be happier. The technician showed me every detail of my AC unit and explained what needed to be done. There was no hard sell. Only recommendations and the benefits that come with doing them. My unit is now performing way way better. The air is cleaner. Smells good and is removing more moisture out of the air. I highly highly recommend going with this company.

Thank you to Petitt Heating and Cooling for helping to resolve a minor issue that had become a big problem. We had water backed up in the drain pipe and then a part outside failed, leaving us with no air on a very hot evening during the summer. They replied and served us both times within 30 minutes and completed the work and fixed the issue. They were polite, excellent and efficient.

I can’t say enough about Petitt Heating & Cooling! Logan was professional, courteous, and took excellent care of our AC unit. With close friends traveling from out of town to visit this week, I was so worried when our AC unit stopped cooling. Very nice company that is experienced and maintains a high quality of service. They work with you as a customer to provide you with the highest possible value for your needs. Mike and the boys are always willing to help with any questions you may have regarding your situation. The office personnel is courteous and prompt when calling for appointments.I normally don’t recommend a lot of businesses but in this case, I would highly recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs. I had Petitt Heating & Cooling do a full tear out and replacement of my duct work and HVAC unit. Randy and his team did a stellar job. They were in and out in one day and were very professional and courteous with their work on the inside and outside.
